The "City of Yes" is a set of proposed and enacted zoning amendments aimed at increasing housing availability, boosting economic activity, and modernizing certain outdated regulations. If you're in an affected district, you may gain new options for ADUs or expanded FAR.
You can request an official zoning confirmation letter from the NYC Department of Buildings or Department of City Planning. Borough Buildout is a resource, but we do not issue legally binding documents.
